Day 2 builds directly on the strategic foundation of Day 1 and shifts into hands-on creation and execution. Leaders break into small teams (5–6 participants) to design a real AI initiative for their organization, applying structured frameworks for AI product development, feasibility assessment, and value creation.

Teams receive guidance on how to shape ideas into entrepreneurial-style pitch decks, balancing innovation with operational and governance realities. The day culminates in optional leadership pitch sessions, providing a practical mechanism for alignment, prioritization, and momentum.
Participants leave with the building blocks required to formulate, evaluate, and advance new AI concepts, not just discuss them.
